Ingredients:
- 4-5 Potatoes
- 1 medium lettuce
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- warm boiled water
- a little lemon juice
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Boil potatoes, cool, peel and cut into thin wheels. The lettuce is
dried in cloth, cut into small pieces, mixed with potatoes and topped
with dressing.This dressing is also used for other salads. You can use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
