Knead food, Main dish
Ingredients:
- 500 g macaroni
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml yogurt or milk
- 300 g. cheese
- salt, spices
- oil
Preparation:
- Cook pasta in salted water. When done, drain and place in an oiled baking pan. Pour half pasta in the pan.
- Add crumbled cheese all over and pour the rest of the macaroni.
- Mix eggs with yogurt or milk, add spices and salt and pour on top. Bake until lightly browned. I like them more crunchy so I bake a little longer.
Combine with fresh salad.
