Ingredients for dough:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups corn flour
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 baking powder 10 g
- salt
- crumbled white cheese
- grated cheese
- chopped ham or dried bacon
- tomato sauce, oregano (optional)
Preparation:
Knead dough and make balls. The balls are stretched, filled, bent and fried in hot oil. Serve warm :)
