Ingredients:
- 70 ml oil
- 3 tablespoons of red ground pepper (bukovska piper)
- a pinch of salt
- 150 ml water
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
Preparation:
1. Cook oil and pepper for a short time (don't let the pepper burn). Add the water and salt and let it boil. Then add the vinegar and leave for another half a minute on the stove. That's it :)
2. This is the basic recipe, you can add ground menta leaves or oregano if desired.
3. Note: The measures are arbitrary and may vary. If you want more diluted sauce then add more water.
