Main dish
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Chicken breast fillets
- 60g butter
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 rashers bacon, chopped
- ½ cup red capsicum, chopped
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 425 g can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- Instructions:
- Brown meat in melted butter and put in a oven-proved dish.
- Fry onion, bacon, capsicum and celery for 3 minutes.
- Mix with soup together and pour over the meat. Cover and cook in oven on 180º C for 45 min. or until ready. Serve with rice.
