Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 40 g oil
- 40 g flour
- 50 g celery
- 1 parsley root
- 100 g carrots
- 10 dl sour cream, salt, black pepper, red pepper, bay leaf
- 100 g onion
- 400 g lamb
Preparation:
- Cut meat and vegetables into cubes.
- Fry flour on oil in the container in which you'll prepare the stew. Add chopped onions, meat and chopped vegetables. Add spices, pour a little water and allow to simmer. Then add red pepper, add water and boil until meat is soft.
- Just before removing the pot from fire, add beaten egg yolk with sour cream. If desired, add some lemon juice. Combine with spring onion if available.
