Ingredients:
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 500 g of boiled and chopped chicken meat
- 200 g of sour cream
- 100 g of peanuts
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry in powder
- 3-4 pickles
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken and let it cool down, then cut it into small pieces. Add crushed peanuts and sunflower and mix. Add the chopped pickles.
- In another bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper, salt, mustard, and curry. Then mix in all ingredients.
- Decorate salad as desired.
- Store in a refrigerator.
